PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a die-cut capable of shortening working hours by an NC finishing machine and providing a sharp blade-like part stably at low cost. SOLUTION: A water-soluble resin film 2 is formed on a metallic sheet 1, and a recess 4 having a blade-like part 5 inside thereof is formed by NC machining. The recess 4 is filled with a filling ink (a first acid resistant resin) 3, and the blade-like part 5 is covered. The first acid resistant resin 3 is hardened, and the water-soluble resin film 2 is removed by washing without using soap. A second acid resistant resin 6 is applied on the other side face of the NC machined face of the metallic sheet 1. An exposed face of the metallic sheet 1 is etched with a corrosive liquid, and the first and second acid resistant resins 2 and 6 are removed with an alkalic solution. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
