PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve suction power and dust collection capability by preventing speed reduction of vortex flow due to the bottom or the inside of a cylindrical filter. SOLUTION: A cylindrical filter 53 of a filter body 46 is provided with a plurality of columnar frames 55 extendedly provided downward from an annular mounting part 54 and disposed in a cylindrical face state and a bottom plate 56 fixed on a lower end of each columnar frame 55 and forming the bottom of the cylindrical filter 53. An opening 58 divided by linearly radial frames 57 is formed on the bottom plate 56. Each of the columnar frames 55 slants to the axis direction O<SB>1</SB>of the cylinder face, sides 55a and 55b thereof are approximately parallel an a cross section of the columnar frame 55 approximately makes a parallelogram. Sides 57a and 57b of the radial frames 57 forming the circumferential surface of the opening 58 slant to the axis direction O<SB>1</SB>, the sides 57a and 57b are approximately parallel and a cross section of the radial frames 57 approximately makes a parallelogram.
