PURPOSE: A seat damper of a vehicle is provided to improve comfortableness by adjusting the damping force according to the weight of a driver, and to improve the durability and the reliability. CONSTITUTION: A through hole(40) is formed longitudinally in a piston rod(13), and a horizontal passage(42) is formed in the piston rod. The passage is penetrated through the side of the piston rod to communicate with the through hole. A control rod(50) is installed in the through hole of the piston rod, and rotated by a lever(70). A rotary valve(60) is installed to the end of the control rod, and composed of plural different sized holes(62a) selectively communicated with the passage. Comfortableness is improved by adjusting the damping force in three steps according to the weight of the driver.
