PURPOSE: A transmission mounting bracket of a vehicle is provided to improve durability, to minimize vibration and noise caused by the noise of fine vibration in the high-speed rotation of an engine and the influence of a power transmitting system, and accordingly to improve the riding comfort of passengers and the NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) capacity of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A transmission mounting bracket(30) of a vehicle is composed of a floor plate(31) having a plurality of through holes(31a), a pair of side plates(33) integrally bent at both sides of the floor plate, an intermediate plate(34), of which both ends connect the side plates, joined to the floor plate, an inner pipe(35) connecting the side plates protruded out of the floor plate, and a rear plate(36) joined to an end of the floor plate located between the intermediate plate and the inner pipe and both ends of the rear plate connecting the side plates.
