发明名称 REMOTELY CONTROLLED GAS INTERMEDIATE VALVE DEVICE USING POWER LINE COMMUNICATION METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE: A remotely controlled gas intermediate valve device using a power line communication method is provided to remotely check a state of a gas intermediate valve and lock the valve as necessary at home from outside by using a connectable power line device remotely control phone device. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(407) drops a voltage by using a transformer and supplies stable DC power to an entire device through a smoothing circuit. A zero cross detector(405) senses a voltage of a power line to detect a zero cross portion to transmit a signal to a power line modem IC(401). The power line modem IC(401) synchronized with the signal makes a power line communication. A signal coupling circuit(403) is connected to a 220V power terminal and a power line signal drive terminal by the transformer for signal transmission and reception. A microcomputer(409) receives a signal regarding a gas leakage from a gas leakage sensor(411) and controls a motor driving driver(413), thereby opening and closing a valve by using a control motor(415) attached at a valve. A manual control input unit(419) receives a button input manually and transfers it to the microcomputer(409) to manually control a motor attached at the valve. A state display unit(417) displays a state according to opening and closing operation of the valve by using an LED. When a gas leakage is sensed, the microcomputer(409) performs a gas valve cutoff operation such that it commands the motor driving driver(413) to close the gas valve and the power line modem IC(401) to generate an emergency signal and broadcast it to the power line so as for other devices to recognize it.
