PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic hybridization apparatus to produce a biochemical analysis data in high reproducibility and quantitative accuracy. SOLUTION: The hybridization apparatus is provided with a hybridization reaction chamber 30 enabling the setting of a formed biochemical analysis unit 1, a hybridization solution tank 50b, a washing solution tank 50d to hold a washing solution, a solution injection tube 36, a means for selectively connecting the solution injection tube 36 and solution feeding valve means 51b, 51d, a feeding pump 52 to selectively introduce the washing solution into the hybridization reaction chamber, a liquid crystal display panel 44, and a unit 60 for controlling the solution feeding valve means and the feeding pump. The time necessary for the next operation by the user is calculated by the control unit and displayed on the liquid crystal display panel in real time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
