摘要 |
PURPOSE: A temperature control unit of a winding frame for deflection yoke is provided to form a deflection coil of the uniform quality by controlling automatically the temperature of the winding frame. CONSTITUTION: A temperature control unit of a winding frame for deflection yoke includes a heater coil(30), a temperature detection portion(20), and a controller(40). The heater coil is installed in the inside of a winding frame(10) to generate the heat of the predetermined temperature. The temperature detection portion is installed at one side of the winding frame in order to detect the temperature. The controller receives a detection signal from the temperature detection portion and controls an operation of the heater coil on the basis of an arbitrary setup value. The controller performs the operation of the heater coil if the temperature of the winding frame is lower than the arbitrary setup value or stops the operation of the heater coil if the temperature of the winding frame is higher than the arbitrary setup value.
