PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packed article of a food product or a food raw material in which the inside of a gas barrier outer pouch is divided into sections with a perforated separating film and the food product or the food raw material is placed in one section and stabilizers are placed in the other section and they are tightly sealed with the outer pouch to enable an oxygen-susceptible food product to be stored for a long period of time. SOLUTION: As a gas barrier outer pouch, is used a five-layered laminate, comprising, from its inside, a linear low-density polyethylene layer, a polyethylene layer, an aluminum foil layer, a polyethylene layer and a polyethylene terephthalate layer. The inside of the outer pouch is divided into at least two sections with a perforated polyethylene film having a number of 0.1-0.2mm diameter holes. In one partitioned section a food product or a food raw material is placed and one or more kinds of stabilizers such as a deoxidizing agent, a dehydrating agent, a nitrogen generator, a carbon dioxide generator are placed in the other partitioned section. Then, the outer pouch is tightly sealed by heat-sealing or the like to give the objective packed article of a food product or food raw material in which an oxygen-susceptible food product can be stored for a long period of time without direct contact with the stabilizers under exhibision of the functionality of the stabilizers. |
