The invention relates to the field of optoelectronics and may be used in the fiber-optic data transmission systems and in the data recording-reading systems by means of the optical carrier. Summary of the invention consists in that the lens with gradient index of refraction contains a light-insulating shell with core, placed inside the inductance coil. With that the shell is made in the form of a plastic tube and the core is made in the form of a colloidal suspension of Y3Fe5O12 powder in polyethylsiloxane oil. Claims: 1Fig.: 2
