The invention relates to a process for obtaining dried dispersible powders of biological macromolecules, and has applicability in the pharmaceutical field. According to the invention, the process for obtaining dried dispersible powders of biological macromolecules, comprises: ensuring a vaporizable aqueous liquid medium containing a pre-determined concentration of macromolecules and excipients; atomizing the aqueous liquid medium by the flow thereof and atomizing the gas flow through an atomization connection with two fluids, at a gas:fluid mass ratio > 5, to form drops of an average dimension of maximum 1 mium; drying the drops in selected conditions to form dispersible particles of the composite material containing biological macromolecules, the mentioned particles having a humidity content less than a pre-determined humidity content and a roughness of more than 2, measured by means of the air permeability; collecting the particles with a high efficiency.
