CONNECTING AND LOCKING SYSTEM OF BLADES AND ROTOR STAGE OF AXIAL COMPRESSOR INCLUDING SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A connecting and locking system of blades and a rotor stage of an axial compressor including the system are provided to quickly assemble, disassemble, and replace the blade by reducing the number of parts and to simplify removal of a locking device and replacement of the blade without disassembling a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A connecting and locking system of blades fixed circumferentially to a rotor disc(1) of an axial compressor comprises plural blades(10') positioned in an array along the circumference of the rotor disc; a unit for positioning and locking the blades, which can lock the blades in a predetermined position; a circumferential seat part which has a shaped profile and which is formed along the circumference of the rotor disc, and which can house slidably in a radial arrangement the roots(13) of the blades and the positioning and locking unit; and at least one insertion slot, intersecting the circumferential seat to permit the insertion of the roots of the blades and the positioning and locking unit.
