Qualitative analysis of thiol-contg. amino-acids and quantitative detn. of homocystein found in suitably stored and prepared sera and plasma, is carried out via agglutination due to the application of heavy metal salts, pref. at 4-37 degrees C temp. in physiological salts soln. Results are observed by an agglutination analyser. |
