Safety of brain regulatory mechanisms is detected by predominance of fluctuations' power corresponding to activity range of hemodynamics regulators. The present innovation enables to evaluate functional state of brain, safety and activity of its regulatory systems at different neuralgic and somatic diseases and under conditions of neuroanesthesia and neuroautonomic protection of brain during intensive therapy.
