PURPOSE: A driving device of an LCD device is provided to generate a stable gate-on and a gate-off voltage by using a gate driving voltage generation portion having a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A driving device includes a liquid crystal panel, a gate driving portion, a data driving portion, and a gate driving voltage generation portion. The liquid crystal panel. The gate driving voltage generation portion includes a coil(L), the first and the second capacitors(C1,C2), a transistor(TR), the third capacitor(C3), and a plurality of zener diodes(ZD1,ZD2). The coil is connected to a power terminal in order to boost an applied voltage. The first and the second capacitors are used for charging voltages applied through the coil. The transistor is used for charging or discharging the first and the second capacitors according to a control signal. The third capacitor is used for charging negative voltages when the second capacitor is discharged. The zener diodes are installed between the second capacitor and the transistor to maintain constantly the voltage discharged from the second capacitor. The voltages charged to the first capacitor are used as gate-on voltages and the voltages charged to the third capacitor are used as gate-off voltages.
