HEAD OF INK JET PRINTER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A head of an ink jet printer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a cross-talk phenomenon and a blocking phenomenon by integrally bonding a nozzle plate with a substrate using electrostatic force. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet printer head includes a substrate(100), a nozzle plate(200) and an intermediate bonding layer(300) for bonding the substrate(100) to the nozzle plate(200). A heater(110) is provided in the substrate(100) in order to heat ink accommodated in an ink chamber(220). The substrate(100) is formed with a heat radiation layer(120) for preventing heat from being discharged through a lower portion of the heater(110), and a passivation layer(130) for preventing the heater(110) from being oxidized. The heater(110) is installed on an upper portion of the heat radiation layer(120). The passivation layer(130) has an insulation layer(131) and a heater protecting layer(132).
