PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel and a manufacturing method thereof capable of improving surface filling density of a phosphor and capable of obtaining high brightness. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the radiological image conversion panel, when forming a coating film of 100 to 400μm on a support body by using a coating liquid containing a stimulable phosphor, a binder and an organic solvent, a coating device is installed under the support body and a film is formed on the undersurface of the support body, and the method is characterized in that a coated surface is continually dried while being kept keeping on the undersurface side of the support body.
