PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head structure capable of forming a good electric connection between a core electrode and a substrate land surface on a flexure in a magnetic head using a piggy-back system, and to provide a connection method and a connection device. SOLUTION: A fine adjustable actuator is arranged between a core and a flexure, a part projected from the fine adjustable actuator when seen from the flexure is disposed on the core, a hole is formed in a position corresponding to the projected part on the flexure, only the core is fixed by a support penetrating the hole part and a clamp pin without applying a load on the fine adjustable actuator, and this fixing is maintained to wire-bond an electrode to a substrate land.
