PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack, applied, for example, in a PDA, in which an input and output circuit of a memory card or the like can be steadily held in the limited space inside the battery pack by securing sufficient insulation to the battery. SOLUTION: In the battery pack, the inner space of the battery pack 2 is divided by a plate-shape resin molding 7 in the thickness direction, and a battery 8 is housed on one side and a printed-circuit board 9 mounting a control circuit is arranged on the other side.
