RECUPERATOR TYPE RADIANT TUBE FOR HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE

PURPOSE: A recuperator type radiant tube for heat treatment furnace is provided to improve heating effect of the radiant tube for an object to be heated by installing a burner for combustion at more outer side in the radiant tube than exhaust position of flue gas. CONSTITUTION: In a recuperator type radiant tube for heat treatment furnace to preheat air for combustion flown into a burner using heat of combustion flue gas, the recuperator type radiant tube for heat treatment furnace comprises a fuel pipe(31) comprising a plurality of fuel supply ways(31b) which are cohesively inserted onto the inner wall surface of an outer pipe(33) whose one end part is closed, and at the end part of which a fuel injection port(31a) is installed, and which are longitudinally formed inside the fuel pipe(31) to supply fuel to the burner(35) through the fuel supply ways(31b) and supply the air for combustion to the burner(35) through an inner space of the fuel pipe(31); and an inner pipe(32) which is coaxially inserted into the inner part of the fuel pipe(31), and which is formed in such a way that an end part of the inserting side almost reaches a closed end part of the outer pipe(33) to emit combustion flue gas in the burner(35) to the outside through an inner space of the inner pipe(32) and preheat the air for combustion flown in through the inner space of the fuel pipe(31) when emitting the combustion flue gas in the burner(35) to the outside, wherein a heating pin(39) is attached to an inner section of the inner pipe(32) corresponding to a section through which the air for combustion proceeds to the outer side.
