FIELD: plastic metal working, namely rolled tube production, particularly improved apparatuses for mounting guide in stand of helical rolling mill. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cross piece, guide holder with traverse bar and brace in the form of hydraulic cylinder. Sleeves are arranged in turnings of cross piece; said sleeves are designed for placing tie rods. Each tie rod is provided with its own drive having reduction gear, clutch and electric motor. One end of tie rod engages with nut of reduction gear; its other end is joined with guide holder through axles mounted with gap "a" relative to tie rods. End face of tie rods is cylindrical and it engages with guide holder through step bearings having cylindrical surface and arranged in grooves of guide holder. Hydraulic cylinder is joined with guide holder through articulation joints. Invention provides tuning of deformation zone at rolling process. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibility of mill, improved quality of rolled products, lowered number of rejected products. 3 dwg _
