PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element that contributes to the improvement of insertion loss and specific bandwidth characteristics. SOLUTION: First and second sidewalls 100 and 200 of the case member 1 face each other. Third and fourth sidewalls 300 and 400 include magnetic metal sidewalls 12 and 14 that face each other and continue to the magnetic metal plate of a bottom plate 16. A magnetic rotor 6 is arranged in an accommodation space that is surrounded by the first to fourth sidewalls 100-400. A permanent magnet 7 applies a DC magnetic field to the magnetic rotor 6. The case member 1 satisfies (b/a)>1, regarding a vertical outer dimension (a) when viewed in the arrangement direction of the first and second sidewalls 100 and 200, and a side outer dimension (b), as viewed in the arrangement direction of the third and fourth sidewalls.
