<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte material which has oxidation resistance and heat resistance both. <P>SOLUTION: PBI-EP/BS, which is the solid electrolyte material, is a polymer compound making benzimidazole, which is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound, as the main skeleton, and has a group of S-OH combination, and the group of P-OH combination both.
