FIELD: lines of continuous tube welding and shape bending aggregates. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes frame with drive spindle and rotating housing kinematically joined with cranks supporting cutting tools. In drive spindle at least two cantilever type shaft-pinions are arranged; said shaft-pinions are engaged with toothed rim secured to inner surface of frame. Cranks are mounted on cantilevers of shaft-pinions. Cranks are kinematically joined with drive spindle and with rotating housing by means of pins rigidly secured to housing and having rectilinear slides mounted with possibility of motion in grooves of cranks. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, increased useful life period, improved quality of cutting. 6 cl, 6 dwg
