FIELD: devices for conduction of processes of sintering, palletizing, drying, mixing, modification and cooling of loose products. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical-conical body, gas- distributing grate, separating the apparatus into active and gas-distributing parts, and radial partitions in active part. Additionally apparatus is provided with two pipes located coaxially along apparatus axis. External pipe is attached to apparatus body and has grooves on external surface over entire height. Internal pipe is made for turning. Both pipes have slotted hole directly above gas-distributing grate. Hole on external pipe is made before last partition along direction of material motion. Radial partitions are installed into grooves of exterior pipe and all partitions except for the last one have hole with gate and trap made in form of a part of hollow truncated cone covering holes provided with gate. Gas-distributing part of apparatus is additionally provided with partitions located symmetrically to partitions of apparatus active part. Partitions are installed into grooves and tightly adjoining the gas-distributing grate and body. EFFECT: provided conduction of highly efficient processes with three-phase system and production of high-grade desired product. 4 dwg |
