<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully reduce and remove the noise of the switching frequency of a main circuit output, which is overlapped with the measurement signal of a control signal line, since the control signal line transmitting the measurement signal of a sensor to an inverter power source is wired close to a feeder feeding the main circuit output of the inverter power source to the electrical equipment of a facility to be controlled so that the measurement signal is not affected as much as possible using a simple constitution which is easily measured. <P>SOLUTION: A noise canceller 14 of a resonance circuit constitution, which attenuates the noise of a frequency by making it resonate to the switching frequency of the main circuit output of the inverter power source 9, is arranged on a control input side to which the signal line 12 of the inverter power source 9 is connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
