<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form multimedia data. <P>SOLUTION: This multimedia data processor has a data input part 328 for inputting multimedia data including at least constitutive information and scene data of one or more scenes constituted by including object data on presenting one or more objects, and a template extracting part 314 for extracting the constitutive information as template data for indicating a template of the multimedia data from the inputted multimedia data. This constitutive information includes layout information for indicating one or more scenes in the multimedia data and a layout of one or more objects.
