METHOD FOR DETECTING MULTI-AXIAL FORCE/MOMENT BY USING COLUMN TYPE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A method for detecting multi-axial force/moment is provided to precisely detect multi-axial force/moment by using a column type sensor, which is fabricated by attaching a strain gauge to a column structure. CONSTITUTION: Fz component is detected by using a bridge circuit having two strain gauges attached to a column in an axial direction and two strain gauges attached to the column in a circumferential direction. Then, Mz component is detected by using a bridge circuit having for strain gauges attached to the column while forming an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the axial direction of the column. Then, Fx component and My component are detected by using a first 1/2 bridge circuit having two strain gauges. Fy component and Mz component are detected by using a second 1/2 bridge circuit having two strain gauges. After separating the Fx component and My component from each other, Fy component and Mz component are separated from each other.
