FIELD: information transmission systems, for example, INTERNET. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in ensured transmission of information over phone to electron address of addressee and to data base when addressee is not subscriber of paging company. According to this method information is transmitted over phone to computer of paging company and from it to computer with electron mail box of subscriber-intermediary. Information from specified mail box is taken with certain periodicity with the aid of program-robot, is processed for availability of key words, addressee and assignment of information are determined and sent into computer with data base meant for its sending to electron mail address of addressee into computer of addressee with electron mail box.
