FIELD: electrical engineering; off-line power supplies. SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in off-line power unit are reference voltage source whose first input is connected to one of generator phases, second input and second output, to generator bus labeled "NEUTRAL"; comparator whose first input is connected to first output of reference voltage source and output, to switch labeled "GENERATOR" and to input fuel supply control gear; first and second resistors, first lead of first resistor being connected to output of reference voltage source, second leads of first and second resistors being integrated and connected to bus labeled "GROUND", and first lead of second resistor, to generator bus labeled "NEUTRAL"; threshold voltage source whose first input is connected to one of generator phases, first output is connected to second input of comparator, and second output, to "GROUND" bus; input and output circuits of threshold voltage source are electrically isolated.
