<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly and easily calculate and present a highly accurate estimated value from a selling price of each agent by storing selling prices and estimated values per each agent, dynamically updating a correction value and using the correction value in regard to an evaluation program and a property evaluation method for evaluating property. <P>SOLUTION: The evaluation program and evaluation method function in a computer as a means of storing a selling price set by an agent in regard to property and an estimated value calculated in regard to the property, a means of calculating a correction value comprising a ratio between the stored selling prices and estimated values of each agent, and a means of calculating the estimated value by multiplying a selling price notified from an agent by the calculated correction value of the agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
