<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high humidity sensitive electronic device that restrains damages due to moisture. <P>SOLUTION: The high humidity sensitive electronic device element comprises a substrate containing at least two high humidity sensitive electronic devices (a), an enclosing encirclement body for enclosing all high humidity sensitive electronic devices on the substrate (b), a sealing material that is arranged between the substrate and the enclosing encirculation body to form a complete seal between the substrate and the enclosing encirculation body, and around a group consisting of a plurality of humidity sensitive electronic devices (c), and a vent hole and a vent hole-sealing material contained by the substrate or the enclosing encirclement body or both of them.
