INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF SHIELD CASE IN CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for installing a shield case in a circuit board without performing any soldering. SOLUTION: A plurality of anchor pins 11 having a flexural modulus are formed integrally with a metallic shield case 1 at the lower edge thereof. The anchor pins 11 are inserted into insertion holes 22 made through a circuit board 2 such that the side face of the anchor pin 11 abuts resiliently against the side face of the insertion hole 22. Based on the fact that a ground wire 21 laid at a position corresponding to the lower edge of the shield case 1 is connected electrically with at least a part thereof or the anchor pin 11 in the circuit board 2, the shield case 1 can be fixed or removed readily in the circuit board 2 without requiring any solder joint.
