PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the test cost of an electronic device for outputting analog signals. SOLUTION: This converter is equipped with a threshold voltage generation part for generating a first threshold voltage determined beforehand and a second threshold voltage different from the first threshold voltage, a first comparator for outputting a result acquired by comparing a potential shown by a converted signal with the first threshold voltage as a first comparison signal, a second comparator for outputting a result acquired by comparing the potential shown by the converted signal with the second threshold voltage as a second comparison signal, a switching part for switching whether the converted signal is to be supplied to either of the first comparator and the second comparator or to both comparators, and a signal processing part for generating a digital converted signal for showing the potential of the converted signal based on the first comparison signal and the second comparison signal.
