PURPOSE: A water proof apparatus is provided to achieve an improved stability and operating reliability of motor by protecting the rotating shaft of the motor from water in an efficient manner. CONSTITUTION: A water proof apparatus comprises a motor body having a rotating shaft(25) for transmitting rotating force to outside; a motor housing(20) arranged to protect the motor body, and through which the rotating shaft of the motor body penetrates from inside toward outside of the motor housing; a cap(30) having a through hole(31) for penetration of the rotating shaft, and which is mounted to the motor housing in such a manner as to partially shield the rotating shaft, and has a drain hole(32) formed at the lower portion of the cap so as to drain the water introduced into the cap through the through hole and rotating shaft; and a blocking disk(35) arranged to surround the outer periphery of the rotating shaft within the cap, and which guides the water introduced along the rotating shaft toward the drain hole of the cap.
