<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for accurately and efficiently managing work by facilitating confirmation of whether a workman has carried out work by referring to reference information. <P>SOLUTION: The workman registers a finished work item and a result in the work managing system. An approver selects the work item carried out by the workman in an image plane of the work managing system, confirms the result and displays reference information attached to the work item in the image plane. In the reference information, a list of pieces of reference information which should be referred to in work is displayed in addition to input information which was an object of work. A mark indicating reference by the workman is applied to a piece of reference information referred to by the workman of the pieces of reference information. Consequently, the approver can confirm whether the workman has carried out work by properly referring to the reference information by looking at the mark. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
