PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost image capturing apparatus which can appropriately image a printed character on an object while the object is fast moved at a moment when the printed character is passed at a prescribed position even in the case of objects that are fast and continuously transported or objects that are fast and intermittently moved, and does not have to be adjusted when product specifications are changed.
