Gate connections for a pair of metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) transistors (9) each use a coupling capacitor (10) to connect to a pair of circuit nodes (6,7), between which a tuned capacitor can be measured. Four load connectors interconnect for the MOS transistors. Tuning input (5) and a reference signal input (11) both couple to the pair of transistors.
