<p>The invention concerns a lid (4) for a pressure cooking vessel (1) designed to be directly mounted on a cooking vat (2), said lid (4) comprising at least a jaw (5) mounted radially mobile between a locking position and an unlocking position, said at least one jaw (5) having a substantially U-shaped cross-section with a top seating surface (10) on the lid (4), a front surface (11) and a folded bottom surface designed to be urged in contact with and beneath the rim (3) of the vat (2) in locking position. The invention is characterized in that said at least one jaw (5) comprises a substantially central undercut (15) extending into the front (11) and lower surfaces to define two locking wings (16, 17). The invention is applicable to pressure cooking vessels.</p> |
