A heater utilizing heat generated from an eddy current and having a low heat loss in which maintenance is facilitated as compared with a conventional one through a simple structure by generating heat from a rotary itself thereby enhancing thermal efficiency. The heater comprises a plurality of permanent magnets arranged on the outer circumference of the rotary generating an eddy current while alternating N poles and S poles.
