PURPOSE: A multistage device for grinding tap hole surface of blast furnace is provided which is simply mounted on tap hole opener to uniformly maintain the tap hole surface by grinding parts projected by adhered foreign materials during tapping or irregular tap hole surface due to partial damage in multistage. CONSTITUTION: The multistage device comprises a rotation shaft(10) rotated by driving motor of tap hole opener; an one-stage bit body(20) which is connected to the front part of the rotation shaft(10), on the front of which one-stage bit(21) is projectingly formed, and on both sides of the circumferential surface of which a pair of guiding pins(22) are projectingly formed oppositely to each other; and two-stage bit body(30) into which the one-stage bit body(20) is inserted, on the front of which two-stage bit(31) is projectingly formed, and on both sides of the circumferential surface of which a pair of long guide holes(32) are spirally formed so that the guiding pins(22) are inserted into the pair of long guide holes(32), wherein a connecting shaft(40) is connected to the front center of the one-stage bit body(20), and a center bit(41) is projectingly formed on the front of the connecting shaft(40), and wherein a catching groove(33) is formed on both ends of the long guide holes(32) formed on the two-stage bit body(30) so that the guiding pins(22) are fixed to the catching groove(33).
