PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing adherent materials on blast furnace inner wall is provided to remove zinc before performing repairing operation of the furnace wall in case that zinc is adhered onto the inner wall of the blast furnace body by gas and dust generated during blast furnace operation. CONSTITUTION: In an adherent material removal apparatus of blast furnace inner wall to remove adherent materials on the inner part of blast furnace by shooting steel balls onto the inner part of the blast furnace before repairing operation of the blast furnace, the apparatus for removing the adherent materials on the blast furnace inner wall comprises a supply part(100) for supplying steel balls(10); a shooting part for shooting the steel balls supplied through the supply part to the adherent materials of the inner part of the blast furnace; and an aiming part for aiming the shooting part, wherein the supply part comprises steel ball storage tank(12), and a rotary valve, wherein the shooting part comprises firing pin tank(20), shooting tube(16), firing pin(19), nitrogen supply pipe(25a), and diaphragm valve(25), wherein the aiming part comprises arm(29), arm support(29a), and rack(26) and pinion(28), and wherein the apparatus further comprises a control panel(31) for controlling the supply part(100) and shooting part.
