<p>The present invention relates to a digital power converting method and device with zero voltage, which can realize conversion of zero voltage under inconstant frequency and/or different load current. In which, two switching members connected to power supply are parallel connected with a capacitance and inverse parallel connected with a diode respectively, they constitute the up and down arm circuits of the half bridge circuit, and connect to the output through a inductance. The frequency of controlling signal of the converter may be inconstant, so the conversion of zero voltage can be realized under inconstant frequency, and consumption of the switch can be reduced to less than 5 %. At the same time, because of the reduction of the consumption, the frequency of switching would be increased greatly, and the range of operating frequency becomes wider.</p> |
