A rotary powder compression molding machine for compression−molding powder filled in a mill hole of a mill fitted to a rotary disk between a lower end face of an upper pestle and an upper end face of a lower pestle. A powder lubricant spraying means for spraying powder lubricant comprises a spray nozzle which has a recessed surface opposing to the end face of the upper pestle and the lower pestle at each powder lubricant feed position, guides the powder lubricant (L) to the recessed surface, and sprays the powder lubricant substantially in one direction, an air flow feed mechanism which injects air flow into the vicinity of the lower end face of the upper pestle to prevent upward scattering of the powder lubricant sprayed from the spray nozzle, and a charger which charges the powder lubricant when sprayed from the spray nozzle and charges at least the upper pestle, the lower pestle and the mill to the polarity opposite to that of the charged powder lubricant.
