<p>The present invention disclosed a biochip system using fluorescent arrayed microsphere or derivatives of psoralen etc. as markers. This technique provided a specific amplification of hybridization signal so that the detectability can be improved. The application also provided the technique using plasma resonance excitation to screen the back ground noise created by hybridization reaction and the detecting system thereof.</p> |
