<p>Pharmaceutical conjugates comprising a therapeutic component and an efficacy enhancing component that enhances the pharmacokinetic disposition of the therapeutic component is disclosed. In one embodiment, therapeutic component is joined to an efficacy enhancing component by a linker. In one embodiment, the therapeutic component and the efficacy enhancing component disassociate under physiolocal conditions, preferably near the site where the therapeutic component may exert a therapeutic effect.</p> |
