摘要 PURPOSE: A point-adhesive insulating type non-exposure composite waterproof layer structure using a perforated PVC sheet and a porous ceramic rubber asphalt coated waterproof agent is provided to increase the durability of a waterproof layer. CONSTITUTION: The point-adhesive insulating type non-exposure composite waterproof layer structure using a perforated PVC sheet and a porous ceramic rubber asphalt coated waterproof agent comprises: a concrete primer layer(1) applied on a concrete slab of a building; a PVC insulating sheet layer(2) arranged on the primer layer and provided with many perforated holes; a line-adhesive joint layer composed of porous ceramic rubber asphalt placed continuously in a section between PVC insulating sheets installed to be overlapped from a portion of the concrete primer layer; a primary porous ceramic rubber asphalt layer(4) applied on the top of the PVC insulating sheet layer and formed to adhere with the primer layer through the perforated hole of the PVC insulating sheet; a stiffener layer(5) composed of woven fabrics attached on the primary porous ceramic rubber asphalt layer; a secondary porous ceramic rubber asphalt layer(6) placed on the stiffener layer; and an insulating PE film layer(7) attached on the top of the secondary porous ceramic rubber asphalt layer.
