PURPOSE: A plants growing bank protection block is provided to cut down on the manufacturing cost to produce bank protection blocks by recycling disused concrete or bottom ashes, moreover to make environmentally friendly habitats for plants. CONSTITUTION: The process of producing plants growing bank protection block is composed of: pulverizing bottom ashes into three grades of sand like thick sand, medium sand and find sand and mixing together; mixing bottom ashes(25 to less than 75%), sand(less than 15%) used to create voids, pebbles(less than 2%), powdered limestone(less than 15%), cement(8 to 15%) and water(7 to 10%) together; putting the mixture into a mould, vibrating through a vibrator and pressing by a hydraulic pressure molding device; mixing a colored pigment made of recycled iron oxide with the mixture; connecting links are attached on four sides of the block.
