PURPOSE: An antenna switch is provided to separately operate transmitting and receiving circuits by one diode. CONSTITUTION: A diplexer(12) separates a signal of a reference band from a signal received through an antenna(11). A transmitting circuit unit(13) transmits a transmission signal to the antenna(11) through the diplexer(12). A receiving circuit unit(14) connects to the transmitting circuit unit(13) in parallel, and receives the signal separated through the diplexer(12). A diode(D11) connects to the receiving circuit unit(14) in series. The diode(D11) is turned off for transmitting the transmission signal from the transmitting circuit unit(13) to the antenna(11), and is turned on for transmitting a receiving signal from the diplexer(12) to the receiving circuit unit(14). A power unit(15) turns on/off the diode(D11).
