HOME NETWORK COMMUNICATION METHOD USING NETWORK ADDRESS TRANSLATION FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A home network communication method using a network address translation function is provided to execute peer to peer communication by realizing one-to-one connection of computer terminals and a network. CONSTITUTION: A private line modem interfaces data packets with a home network for transmitting the data packets to a router(S1). The router confirms an IP address of the data packets and converts the IP address into an inner IP address assigned by ports of each computer terminal(S2). The router multi-casts the data packets as many as the number of the computer terminals(S3). A hub transmits the data packets to each computer terminal by referring the inner IP address(S4). The data packets are transmitted to each computer terminal(S5). The computer terminals search a service request information database for confirming information of the transmitted data packets(S6-S7). If the transmitted data packet information exists in the service request information, the computer terminals receive the data packets(S8). If not, the data packets are disused(S9).
