PURPOSE: Fixing structure of a side garnish for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing hours, and to cut down manufacturing cost by mounting the rear protrusion of the side sill molding to the side panel conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A clip assembling hole(11) is formed in a wheel housing part(8) of a side outer panel(7') of a side panel(7), and a support protrusion(12) is integrally formed in the upper part of a rear protruded part of a side sill molding. The clip is inserted to the clip assembling hole, and a cutout portion(20) is formed in the lower part of the clip. A supporting plate(14) is formed perpendicularly to the rear protruded part, and bosses(21,21') are arranged in the rear protruded part. Fixing pieces(23,23') are formed at the side of a bracket(22), and the bracket is supported around the cutout portion and fixed by a screw(24). A fitting protrusion(26) covers the cutout portion, and fixes a cover(25) supported by flanges(9,9') formed in side outer and inner panels with a screw(27).
